Follow these steps in order. You only need your compiled product file and numeric MT5 account—never a trading password.

Download your product

Open your delivery email or My Omega and download the ZIP. Extract the compiled .ex5 file—customers never need an .mq5 source file.

Open the correct MT5 folder

In MetaTrader 5 choose File → Open Data Folder. EA customers open MQL5/Experts; Indicator customers open MQL5/Indicators.

Install and refresh

Copy the .ex5 file into the correct folder. Restart MT5 or right-click the matching Navigator section and choose Refresh.

Allow the licence check

Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, enable WebRequest for listed URLs and add https://omegatradinghq.com exactly.

Attach to your chart

Sign into a licensed MT5 account, then attach Omega Gold Pro or Omega Indicator to an XAUUSD chart.

Successful licence message

When setup is correct, the MT5 Experts or Journal tab will show your account as ACTIVE. A temporary internet issue will not expose your code or trading password.

Quick fixes

Error 4014

Add https://omegatradinghq.com under allowed WebRequest URLs, then reload the product.

Account not active

Check that the MT5 account number matches My Omega. Use the portal to request a change if required.

Product not visible

Confirm the .ex5 file is in Experts or Indicators—not the Downloads folder—and refresh Navigator.
